Thank you for visiting and shopping at Superior Screens USA. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (USA)

Shipment processing time will vary depending on the type of product.

Standard size and colour products (according to the website) will be shipped within 7-10 work days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed, you will be contacted for further information. While we stock most items here in the USA, our products are sourced from Australia and due to unpredictable freight times and cancelations, additional delays can occur. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time will vary according to location and shipping agent. If you received your order with the packaging damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging before unwrapping. Please email photos of the packaging and any damaged product to hello@superiorscreens-usa.com
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the matter is settled.
